Nocellara del Belice

It is an Olive Oil obtained from green Nocellara del Belice olives with golden yellow reflections. It gives a scent of freshly olives milling with hints of fresh grass and pepper. Well balanced, green and fruity. 

It has a particular flavor: a pleasant encounter between bitter and spicy of medium intensity. 

This Extra Virgin Oil is ideal for fish and cereal soups, lentils and vegetables soups, grilled fish and white meats, raw artichokes and raw fish. 

Nocellara dell’Etna

It is an Olive Oil obtained from Nocellara dell’Etna olives hand-picked on volcanic soils. It has a gold colour with intense green reflection. It has a scent of fresh olives with hints of artichokes and green tomato. 

Intense green fruity. 

It is the perfect mix between bitter and spicy with medium intensity. 

This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is ideal for meat soups, lentils and vegetables, red meat tartare or bruschetta.

Olives and in oil

Available formats: Buckets: 3.5kg, 5 kg, 13 kg, 140 kg. Mycenaean and the Phoenicians brought this plant to the island. It comes from north-east regions of Mar Caspio. The Greeks of Sicily, then, conferred great importance on the olive tree, so much so that uprooting even a single tree entailed exile as a penalty.
Our company is engaged in increasing the Cultivar of Nocellara dell’Etna, always trying to preserve the excellent organoleptic properties that volcanic soils give it in nature.
The olives-growing is typical of Sicilian territory.
